Hi .. I'm Leah. I just opened this advice column and this is the first one I`ve ever had :) Although, all of my friends ask me questions and when I answer, they usually say 'thanks, thats really good help.' So, I hope I can help you! If I know what to say, I will but if I don't, I'll ask someone else who knows for sure or look it up on the Internet. I'm going to try REALLLYYY hard to not give you crappy advice where you have to go ask someone else and if I do, sorry :[ I'm nice, so please be nice back and don't leave any rude, annoying, or ignorant questions because I'm going to try really hard to help you. Things I Like: Hanging out with friends and family, music (I'm in varsity chorus at my school, and I have been playing since I was 7), lacrosse *JV*, clothes and shopping, doing other peoples hair, my cell phone, the computer, talking, running, being outside, Gatorade, movies and TV, chocolate & gum, cleaning, Tennessee, Sonic, Bath&Body Works, good smelly stuff, showers, school, birthdays, Christmas, pictures, cards, jewelry, summer, pools, hairties, writing, math, texting, boys, flowers, birds (LOUIE), candles, body lotion, IMing, beaches, the south, Xanga, cute things, my iPod & iTunes cards, New York City, doing laundry, almost anything! :)

Summer is soon, and im wanting to loose a couple of pounds.
Its kind of hard for me, because i eat so much but im slimming it down.
Where im mainly looking for loosing weight is my thighs, and stomach.
Also i have a treadmill if that helps.

and also does bikeing help alot for thighs

First of all, eating a little less in the summer will help to slim you down. For a lot of people, its hard because in you summer when your home from school and just sitting around, you're going to want to sit down and eat since your bored. Try to avoid this by getting up and doing something whether its DDR inside, or swimming outside. Just try to keep active when your bored. Also, my mom always says 'Eat less, exercise more.' Truly, thats the answer. Seconly, yes, riding your bike will definetely make your thighs tighter and build your muscle. Good luck! :)
