i love swimming so much and i heard that swimming is a good exercise to do when ur tryin to lose weight... i wanted too no how long i have too swim and wut swims i should do... i weigh about 120 and i wanna lose 20 pounds.. along w/ swimming im doing crunches.. leg squats.. leg lifts.. and tryin too watch wut i eat.. sum1 plz help meh i needa lose 20 pounds in like 4 weeks!! well your doing pretty good so far. running would also be good if you are trying to lose weight. maybe go every few days or so and try to run 1/2 to 1 mile if not more. but dont push yourself to do more if you really can't. and eventually when you do lose that extra weight you dont want, don't keep on finding areas of your body that in your eyes need work. in other words, dont become "addicted" to losing weight bc its the same as having an eating disorder. hoped i helped and good luck.
