hey...ok im gona be a freshmen in hs. and ive played soccer ALL of my life. and im having a hard time deciding wherther or not i wanna play for my hs team. i mean soccers ok. im good at it and everything but its just getting old...and lyk i went to tryouts this past week and lyk all the freshmen kno eachother and i dont kno ANYONE and i feel soo stupid...and lyk the other thing ive been wanting to cheerlead all of my life. and i have all the abilities to do cheerleading cept im not flexible. and im short and i weigh 85 pounds so i think if by a chance i did make the cheerleading team i think i would def. be a flyer. and if i would have to choose between cheerleading and soccer i would definitly choose cheerleading. but im so much better at soccer. so my ? is...if i did try out for cheerleading do u think i would make the jv squad? and do you thnik i should still play soccer.? help!! If you try out for the cheerleading team i would work on my splits and strengthen my legs for jumps before the tryouts. oh ya make sure your voice is short but loud, your motions stiff, and smile!
On the other hand i would say to deffinentaly do soccer because you have worked so long to get to how good you are and it is going to finnally pay off because YOU GET TO BE ON THE HS TEAM! And that would be Very cool. But thats just my opinoin because the highschool i will go to is huge and being on a team is a big deal.

Did you know that only 20% of your weight is dependent upon the food you eat and the other 80% depeneds on exercize? Here are some tips for your weight loss delema:
1.NEVER eat till you are full. Dont ever eat after you are satisfied and try your best to eat before you get hungry to avoid wanting to eat alot at once. (Always eat breakfast, it gives your metabolizm a jump start.)
2. Exersize Exersize Exersize. Hate to say it but about the only way to loose weight effectively is exersize. Try getting in a habbit of running (a increadibly quick way to burn calories) If there is a certain area that you want to work the extra fat off make sure to strengthen that area (Tummy-sittups Thighs-Squats ect.)
3.You need protein to keep full but it is hard to get protien with out fat so here are some high protien, low fat tips:
Shakes-make ur favorite juice/fruit shake and add protien powder
Soy- Soy products have much less fat then meat and the same amout of protien if not more.
