Is it possible to gain 2 lbs in two days?
Of course. Could be water weight, if your working out could be muscle..if you mean.."DO you know a way that i can gain 2lbs..?" DONT DO IT. That is extremley bad for you, if you go on an eating splurge and eat everything in sight to gain weight, dont do that. Just eat healhy and workout and youll gain muscle, make sure to drink a lot of water and if you are underweight and thats why you want to gain weight then doing that will make you look healthier; GOOD LUCK
can anyone give me some pointers on what are some of the foods that are good to eat to help you have more energy for working out n stuff.
o and how much should i run a day and should i do sprint exercise, or jog, or both. i'm lookin to lose some weight and become stronger. i'm already pretty atheltic
PROTIEN. Good for breakfast is 2 eggwhites on wheat bread. thatll keep you going. CALCIUM. Milk..cheese. Dont over do your body. M-Running. T-lift weights W-Running TH-rest F-lift weights S-running. S-lift weights Drink lots of water while working out, and in between. Cereal for breakfast with lots of FIBER is also great. try raisin bran.
hey i dont wanna be anorexic but i wanna be smaller than i am i want to wiegh 105 pds and i wiegh currently wirgh 116 pounds tell me every thing you know like

I already run around a mile track and do 100 crunches a day and is doesnt work maybe its all the stuff i eat. IM 5'1 and 116 punds im 13 yrs old and im from jersey.
yeah your at a great weight. but if you want to tone up, then do pilates. Only check your weight in the morning, right when you get up. thats it. Cut everything you eat in half (if your eating junk food) if not just eat more fruits and veggies instead of junk food, and get plenty of water. dont go overboard!
