Hey Watz up? I live in Colorado.I'm 16,but i've been through alot in my life already.and i'm totally up to giving useful advice to who ever needs it.I'm a sophmore in High School.My name is originally Erika,but I preper to be called Matt.

spring break is around the corner and it's going to be my 16th birthday around the 20th, and I want to look really good. I'm a little but over weight, but I want to get into shape by then. I'm bigger built, I'm not small, im 5'5 and 170lbs, and I looked good around 155-160. I'm usually good about watching my weight and exercising, but ive been so busy and i havent been able to get back on track since xmas break, and ive been going through alot of emotional stress and family problems, but its getting better, i just need to get on track...but i need some help! Most of my fat is in my stomach and I want to get my butt smaller..im in a pant size 11, i'd like to be in a 9 or smaller. And I'll diet on anything...its just consistancy and will power is more of a chanllege, but is nothing i cant do..i need some motiviation....some help please.
ok,start drinking lots of water.And when you you get stressd out go on for a little walk.Not only does the walk help relieve stress,but it also helps you lose weight.also keep a little pad and a pen or pencil with you.That way no matter where you are,you can track what you're eating.when you go out,use the stairs instead of the elevator.And for fun and a little exercise, call up a friend or so and ask them to go shoot some hoops with you at a local park.You can play a game of basketball or just shoot the ball.And while doing so you can socialize and possibly check out the local hotties lol.
