if you have not fat but not thin.. ((kind in between)) arms and if you lift a weight for a while each day (5 pound weight) would the fat in your arms go away and get thinner, or would the fat remain and only the muscle would get stronger?? (link)

well it would make your arm look more muscular than skinner because if ur working on weights you'll gain muscle not loose weight (in a way) but if u do a lot of cardio like jogging,bicycle riding,tredmill, stuff like that then you'll see a big improvement you'll will look more cut up and stuff. trust me you will cause I work on my weights a lot I bench press, all that stuff and I do a lot of cardio. soo trust me it will help.
