sorry if this is in the wrong category, i didnt really know which category to put it in. :/
so basically i am really, really clumsy. i trip and fall over things constantly. any way i could become more graceful?
also, i do not have much athletic ability. im tired of embarassing myself in gym class and i want to be a good athlete. im not overweight, im actually very slim but i dont have much muscle. any beginner workout tips?

try lifting some weights not talkin anything crazy just try 3 and go up.. then just do some squats and sit ups and you should run every day.. your srength will build trust me! GOOD LUCK!
