Depending on the day depends on the type of answer you will get from me. Most of the time i give what i would do if i were in your shoes. That means it could be harsh and stereotypical or nice and easy to understand. i love giving advice so ask away. challenge me a bit and you will get a good answer out of me. i have played the harp for 7 years and love it to this day. God bless

I'm a really good singer. All of my friends have said so, and are threatening to take me too American Idol when I'm 16. And I love to sing. But when I go to do it in front of some people I get really nervous and choke up. Any suggestions on how to get rid of my nervous-ness??

I am a harpist and singer. I used to get really nervous infront of groups when I preformed. The only cure I found is practice. First start witha small group of family and friends. Then gradually move up. It does help to memorize anything that you are singing. Close your eyes before you are about to preform and imagine you are where you usually practice. Start to sing then open your eyes. Ignore the croud or group in front of you. Sing for yourself and put all your emotion and feelings into the song. You won't even realize it is over when it is. Stage fright is one of those things that make the preformance a thrill. It is as if electric is being pumped through you right before a concert. Hope you get rid of it because you should share your talent.
