What are some great dance songs? I work at a summer camp and I need some songs appropriate for 5 year olds but still something that I would listen too also..I'm 13/F.
Oldies are good for little kids.
Try something like "Walking on Sunshine" or "i'm coming out"
I'm kind of a shy type, so I don't really sing in front of people, but when I do I make it sound, like not my best. But when I sing by myself, I think that I may be talented. I also like to dance, and I like to draw and I'm good at that too, and same with writing. At my school there is Drama Club and I froze up and forgot all my lines and absolutely refused to sing. I dont know what to do. I want to be found out, but part of me doesn't. I'm a very split person.
the brilliant thing about theater is it gives you the chance to be someone else. It gives you the chance to take what you want and run with it. I know how you feel about singing in front of people, and that yes, it can be scary as anything. But go for it. Don't think of what everyone else is thinking. Don't think about whether you're making a fool out of yourself or sounding really good. Go out, don't think, just sing.
