Theres this song I hear once and awhile that I really like..I always seem to hear it while I'm in a store.. the lyrics are something like I'm going to california.. or something like that.. Its kinda like James blunt style..but i already checked on him.. If anyone knows please please let me know.. thanks =] (link)
it might be a pink song gone to california. that is how it starts. or if it is a not a girl singer the red hot chili peppers.

hoped i helped

It was in the movie "Aquamarine" when the one preppy girl walks onto the ocean in the first like 5 minutes of the movie.
Some of the lyrics are:
"I know that you want it babe, and its here, i got the fresh baked cookies coming straight from the oven"
Any help?
Thanks a bunch :) (link)
are you sure it was in aquamarine i looked up the sound track on google and none of the lyrics for the songs that were on the cd weren't even remotely close to what you put. it might be in the movie just not on the soundtrack. if you have the movie i would watch it and maybe look at the special features or bonus features whatever they are called on that particular dvd if not ask a friend or someone if you can borrow it just to find out what the song is called.

hoped i helped you.

all of that "nonsense" that Korn has as lyrics... in songs like "twist"... what is that?? (link)
i believe that they are talking about the rappers and how they aren't very good so they should stop. this is a guess because then they start to make up words.

sorry hoped i helped you a little bit.

I really need advice about my singing voice. I aspire to be a performer one day, but I'm so not prepared with my vocals. here's a video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hrKfAfpPmP0
^check out the link...
and you can look at the other ones on my account if needed.
I just need to know what I need to adjust (in general)
like I need to cut-off notes better and calm down with the vibratto...but tell me more. thank you! (link)
Actually i would say your very good at this so good luck with the prefoming live. okay you go fast when it a very slow song and i can understand nerves make things worse so just calm down next time second your voice is beautiful it isn't like kelly's or martina's what i am saying is some singers can't do high notes so just go with what your lungs can handle.

I noticed that your reading off the screen which isn't bad you need to know the lyrics, but this song is very sad and depressing i would put a little more emotion not only in your voice but in your facial features as.

Well i believe what makes a good artist is when they actually feel something for the song they sing you don't have to cry on stage or nothing just put a little more of my boyfriend or friend or parent or whatever broke up with me, left me, or died something around there.

Your voice is very beautiful, and it is a bass which means that you can only go so high with the high notes but don't fret you'll get better once you get older and sing to a lot of different song's i would sing to celine dion, martina, leeann rimes people who hit the high notes and pratice your lungs to hit those to where you don't look like your about to collaspe from the lack of air.

If you really want to be a singer when you get older and preform on stage i would go to camps or get a singing tutor or go into go into you chore classes at school.

i don't want this to sound like critism, because it isn't your talented not a lot of people have great voices not even professional singers do, they have to use the sound boards in order to make them sound good. i am just trying to get your dream going good luck.

hoped this helped.

(16/f)I am going to try out for my high school talent show in a couple of weeks, singing a song and accompanying myself on the piano, and I'm not sure what song I am going to sing. I tend to lean towards singing songs that are a little more bluesy and soulful and I like a lot of older music, but I like literally every genre of music and am open to anything. here are some of the songs i am considering:

Lovin U- Alicia Keys
Hallelujah- Jeff Buckley
What goes around comes around- Justin Timberlake
Sorry seems to be the hardest word- Elton John
That'll be the day- Linda Rondstadt
Who's loving you- the Jackson 5
The Way you make me feel- Michael Jackson

I wanted to get people's opinions on what song they think would be best to sing, and I would also absolutely love any other song suggestions.
thanks so much! (link)
Well bluesy is what your into, so here are some people who sing that type.

Alicison Krauss- country blues like a bluegrass sound

Pasty cline- has that bluesy voice

BB king- blues man

here are some that aren't blues:

kelly clarkson

Britney spears

Mandy Moore

Faith hill

Carrie underwood

aly and aj

Wow, this has been bothering me all day.
There's a country song, forget who it's by and what the title is.. and I only remember a small portion of it.

The story line is basically about two people who are so familiar with eachother... and one of the lines talks about how before one of them sits down at the restaurant, the other one has already ordered for them.

I dunno, sorry that's all I can give.

Please help!! (link)
It sounds like a Gretchen Wilson, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, or a very new artist.

It might even be a pop song, who actually knows since country and pop are going to each other stations and playing the artists songs.

Maybe it is Jessica Simpson.

Hoped this helped, these are all guess here.

anything else you need to know just aske me

In this Avril Lavigne fan video what music video is used at 2 minutes and 20 seconds through 2 minutes and 27 seconds?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkGacEwwb9A (link)
I believe it is from He wasn't, but I could be wrong. i would kinda look through her music on youtube starting with he wasn't in order really truly figure it out.

Hoped this helped.

Does anyone know who the guy in "What Hurts The Most" video is? Thnx in advance! (link)
I looked up the video and looked very closley at the guy who isn't singing but is with the girl. you really don't get a good look at him, but far away he looks likes josh Harnet, and up close with a profile he looks like David Archileta. Try looking it up on Youtube and post if you can.

Hoped i helped you.

It sounds like 'Everywhere' By Michelle Branch at the beginning with the guitar, but its not that song. I think the artist is called 'Wade' and i cant remember any of the lyrics.
Any help? XD I know this isn't a lot to go off of. (link)
Have you tried looking at all of Wade's and Branch's lyrics? That may help a lot, that is what I do when I can't find the song and can't remember the lyrics. I start to look at all of the songs and lyrics either on the cd or on the internet because some cd's don't give you the lyrics. if you still can't seem to find it you can ask me again, but that is my suggestion first look there.
Hoped i helped.
