Okay my first advice i have for you is to breathe. I know what you mean, life is very stressful and most of the time overwhelming. But something that might help is trying to organize your life. Make a list or many lists of what needs to be done. Put them in the order of importance. It actually does work. Sometimes things seem worse at that moment but doing somethig you love to do, can take away from the stress. When make a list of this to do try doing your homework when you get home. I know its sounds stupid but it actually saves you a lot of time and stress. Try to make some "you" time. Watch a movie, go for a walk, exercise, listen to music, write, do anything you like to do. You could even take a nap. Just try to do it by yourself. It will let you think and let the emotions you feel calm down. Friends/parents can add to the stress. Talk to them and tell them you have a lot on you mind. They may be able to help you get organized. But seriously everynow and then just take a minute and just breath and let everything exscape. It works! i hope that helps a lil bit!! good luck!
