about

I consider myself to be a "normal" teenage girl. There really isn't anything outrageous that separates me from others so I consider myself to be painfully average. I can say that I do have a level head and I find it easier to give out advice than to come up with advice for myself. Hopefully I'll end up helping someone.

advice

how can i build up my confidence to be more outgoing how i used to be.
i dont know how but over the couple of months i tottaly lost all my confidence.

ahh.
so what can i do other than join a sport, cuz its too late for that. and like dress comfortably?
ahh i just dont know but i always seem to put myself down and think like i dont belong i guess?
and thats not how i am.. why do i feel so left out sometimes?

also i sometimes feel ebarrassed to be seen with my best friends frineds... i dont know why.. its not like they are weird or anything. but i just am especially in front of my other friends.

I'm not the most confident person but I've somehow built up confidence since starting high school. I'm not sure how old you are, but classes can make a difference. I got involved with speech and yearbook and met a lot of great people that way. It's fun and you get more comfortable. I recommend trying to join a club like those two.
