Q: ok im 15/f and i really like this guy but he's so shy!! he barely talks online to anyone even his friends! i want him to open up cause the only time he talked a lot was at school in class but schools out now so we never see eachother! he's never even had a gf before so that might be why he's so shy but i really want him to open up so how can i do that!

thats probably just his personality and i'm sure he will open up to people he knows it sounds like you don't know him that well so i suggest calling him or just trying to talk to him as much as you can to get to know him and i bet if you ask him out he'll say yes loves mucho grande.

well... its not really your choice who asks you out you just have to become friends with them thats key unless some people already like them.... my answer would be get to know some guys don't nescisarily flirt with them but just be friendly and like get to know them, hang out with them and if they like you they'll ask you out or if you feel comfortable go for it and ask them but i think only after youve gotten to know them
