My name is Arielle, I'm 17 years old, but I know a lot about most things. I'm pregnant, and have learned a lot from the process. I'm a Christian, I'm in love, and everyone I know says I give really good advice. I will not answer your question if I feel like I couldn't give you good advice on it, but I will tell you I don't feel comfortable answering it. I won't just leave you hanging. Ok there this boy that my bff and I both like. He talks to me and hugs me all the time, but he barely ever even looks at my bff. I don't know whether he likes me and i should make a move or he doesn't and I should back down?

It's hard to tell whether a guy likes you a lot, because many guys express friendship and liking in many different ways. I would drop hints that you like him, nothing to drastic, but just try to get it through his "boy brain" that you like him, and see what happens. I also realize you mention your best friend, are you worried you are going to hurt her if it works out with you and this guy? and does she know you like him? If she doesn't, I think you should deffinitley talk to her about it. I know the situations are tricky, but if she's really is your best friend, she should support you if it works out between you and your crush, just like you should support her if it were to go the other way. If you're worried about hurting her i think you should talk to her about it and make sure she knows you don't want to hurt her, but you really like him. : )

So, Sadies is in about two weeks, and I have no idea how to ask my boyfriend. Oven's currently broken, I find the "scavenger hunt" kind of too cliche, and leaving little tidbits of clues here and there is, well, I don't know.
On top of that, just asking him straight up is kind of boring D: I sound picky.
Anywho, any suggestions ? I'd like to ask him sometime this week :)

A couple of years ago my friends sister asked her boyfriend to Sadies and I thought her idea was really cute.
She got into his locker and put a bag of popped popcorn in it and then had a big sign that said "Just thought i'd Butter you up before I Popped the big question, Will you go to Sadies with me?".
Not too elaborate, but still cute. it may be too cheesy for you, but i thought it was a creative idea.
