Ok so im in my 1st year of college and i live on residence with 3 other girls.
The one girl is in my program and at the begining of the year we have been realy close. But now, she wont even speak to me. She tries to exclude me from everything possible. Ive even heard her talk about me behind my back to one of my other roomies and some classmates. Its not even like something was said or we got into a fight shes just gotten into some mood.
I cant talk to her becaus she wont give me the time of day and i have to live with her for another 2 months.

Just flat open apologize. I know you didn’t do any thing that you know of doing but yet you don’t want this to go on for another 2 months. Just be the bigger person. And by doing this she will just hate you more OR you will be good friends again. Just give it a shot. Hope every thing works out. From the man

I unfortunately fell for someone who doesn't like me... in a relationship way.He told me were just friends... and I REALLY love him. I can't get him out of my mind!! I really need to get over him. I told him how I felt...he said he just likes me as a friend nothing more. So... I'm heart broken. I can't find anyone else... I really want someone special in my life. I can't find anyone who likes me . I don't understand why... can someone give me some tips on how to get over him? How can I find someone that likes me back?? Please... anyone give me some advice. Uh...I am 13...if that matters.

Hi faith sorry I forgot to save you to my contacts in the Email you sent me. And I deleted that email because me my sis and my mom are trying to not let my dad figure out that we go to advicenators. Because he would flip out knowing that we talk to people online because he�s paranoid. Sorry

so when you are at a party and dancing with dudes, it feels really awkward after dancing and you don't say anything to each other, what are things you can say after or before or something...do you give them a hug or what are things you do and say? (link)

It depends how close you are if you don't know him at all just introduce your self and start a conversation. If you do know him then just play it cool. Hope something I said helps.

So I recently started working at Dunkin' Donuts. I've only worked 3 days so far, 5 hours each day. I have to work this Saturday for 6 hours, and I just called my manager and he said it's STILL training until Sunday, when I'm in the real schedule. Here's the thing: they don't pay training. So basically, I'm working 21 hours FREE. I told him I'm done with training, because I know everything, I'm just a little slower than the ones who've been there longer. He told me the "boss" is coming, and he's gonna quiz me or something. This crap is getting on my nerves. I feel like I'm being cheated, cause my friend got paid for her training when she started working at Sears, and I KNOW DD's has money and could afford to pay me. I try communicating with them, but they all have accents that are impossible to understand. They didn't even ask me how old I am [16], so they don't know I can only work 8 hours, not that they would understand anyway. This is my first job, but man, I'm annoyed..what do you guys think? Well some jobs just don’t pay when you’re training because at that time you’re not making the place any money sounds like crap I know. But you don’t want to get fire especially since you haven’t made any money yet. So just try to keep your cool and be the best freaken worker there. And maybe soon you can get a raise. Hope something I said helps.
