I understand you are a medical student. Hopefully, you'll have some advice on this. I'm on a medication that can go to toxic levels in the blood without adequate hydration or in a lot of heat. It can in fact kill in an extreme case. I've dealt with it for over a decade now.
I definitely drink a lot of water which causes too frequent urination and use sunscreen etc. However, I will be at an event for 3 days where the seats face directly into the blazing sun and the heat can be about 40 C. Aside from water and sunscreen do you have any other suggestions to feeling comfortable in this situation that I may not have considered before? Thank You. (link)

I would suggest that aside from sunscreen and water you could bring a hand fan. Wear clothes made of light material and in colors that are light. I would strongly recommend you to refrain from going to this event but it's your decision. I am still only a student, not a full fledged doctor so I would not take my chances with recommending medicines and such.
Best wishes,

There's simply no way I would miss out on
This. I will be wearing light clothing, drinking water
And using sunscreen. There's a way to upgrade
Seats to a shadier area at the sporting event
But not sure that's an option. You can sit in the stand
Or under trees if you do. Odds are I should look into it
But it's the most popular ticketed area.
