I m failed in ny school preliminary exams and I m in std 10 if my parents will they will beat me a lot and they will be worried a lot and I have decided to suicide ....

Like Logan said, suicide is not the solution. You still have your entire life left ahead of you, and when you get old enough, you can make sure your parents aren't a part of it.
What you should do is contact child protective services. Although, I've never heard of someone threatening to set everything on fire, it could be just what you need to deter them. Or, it could possibly backfire and just make them angry.
Whether you report your parents, or scare them into leaving you alone, show them you will not stand for their abuse and that they will not get away with it.
Do what you will, but remember not to ACTUALLY set anything on fire.
