I have extreamly random dreams sometimes. And there are rarely similarities between them.
But everytime I dream of being in a situation where I yell or scream, my throat closes and very little sound comes our I can't speak at all. Its strange, because I can even feel my thoat closing up and/or the hoarseness of my voice. Even when I was little it's been like that.
I am very curious about if this means something specific or means nothing at all. (link)

No, it doesn't mean anything at all. It just means that your dream is really vivid and you think it is real while your sleeping. Its normal for that to happen. You probably didn't even feel your throat closing up, you just think you have because of the vividness of the dream. Its completely normal to have random dreams/repeat dreams over again. Don't worry!
