I'm always getting angry at the little things and I don't know why. I try to keep calm, and it's at my closest friends. Well, they don't feel close anymore to me atleast because I feel like they're just there I guess. What should I do?
(Answer:) It sounds like you are describing anger issues. How one overcomes them is by identifying why you are feeling angry. What is the cause of this anger? Find that, then remove the cause, or remove yourself from that cause.
One good method is to vent. Go off by yourself and then list your problems. Deep down you know what's bothering you. You just need to bring it out.
If you can't identify the problem by looking inward on your own, I would suggest seeking the help of a trained professional. There's nothing wrong with going to see a psychiatrist and working on your problems. In fact its better in the long run to admit you need help, then to try to do it all on your own, if you don't know where to start. Often times we need someone to point us in the right direction.
