Hello, I am a college freshman. I wouldn't say that I am a lazy person but I do like to finish my homework during the day and leave my nights free. However, I have been getting kind of bored lately with doing nothing during the night time except walk around campus, go to the library, hang out with my friends. I feel like there's something better that I can be doing. So I was thinking something along the lines of helping/entertaining people through the internet. Living on campus without a car kind of constricts me to the places that I am able to go. I always have my computer with me so I was wondering what I could do. I'm here on advicenators giving people advice when I know what to say to help them. However, I would like to do something else. Like make my own website, but I wouldn't know what to make it for and how to get people to see it. I just want to do something through the internet during my free nights from homework and studying. So, any ideas would be greatly appreciated and how I would be able to go about doing such ideas. Thanks so much!! (link)

A blog is a nice way to interact with people throughout the world. It's consumes time with blog ideas, drafting and editing, and layouts. If writing isn't your thing or you've tried this already, another huge thing that consumes my time is editing. I'm 13 and have an instagram with a total of 777 followers currently and enjoy editing various photos. I make collages with different textures and I make quotes and all sorts of things. It is very time consuming and entertaining. Plus a neat trick to know and share with peers. Here is my link to some of my creations:

If this doesn't interest you, Google is a good friend of mine. You can do some of your won research and look into the concept and I'm pretty sure you'll find people just like you with quite some time on their hands. I hope you find something to consume your time so you're not bored. Also hitting two birds with one stone, try something you can earn money with. For instance I could make money editing photo's for people. Basic stuff of course though, but still. Some extra cash is rare as a freshman in college. Use is wisely.
