How can I do to build confidence? I have a boyfriend I trully love,but I don't trust him at all,it's like I try to do it,but I just can't get it,I feel like I won't trust him ever again in my life,why is it so hard to trust again?What could I do?Thanks!!! (link)

I know exactly how you feel. I had a boyfriend last year but it didn't work out because I didn't trust him. But I have learned that you just have ti let go and trust in him. Also, a good idea may be to tell him that you are having a hard time trusting him and you need to recoperate for a little. I don't want you guys to have a bad ending like I did so I hope everything works out fine and remember to let go! :)
