It's been a long time since the last time I really slept well,I'm a university student so you can imagine how stressful my days can be,I just feel like I'm going insane,please,if you know a method or something,anything that can help someone to get some sleep,I'd be really happy to read it,thanks! well, you could have a bit of a problem which is perfectly normal that you can make better by looking into it, try things like relaxing yourself before you go to bed like reading, talking to someone, or even just thinking. doing something with a screen or
keeping your mind active can make it harder to get to sleep also you can buy music like waves that help to get to sleep or even just a little sparkly light although it sounds kiddyish it really does work!
