what do you do if a guy moves in to kiss you and then dont do it and the other day he put his lips really close to mine who should make the first move me or him????? (link)
Don't overanalyze it. Just kiss him.
Chances are he's just as nervous about it as you are, but if he gets that close, he's probably interested in kissing you.
