I need help losing weight. I weigh more than what I want to be, but I don't know how to motivate myself to be able to want to exercise. I eat so many carbs, and not many healthy foods in a day. Please help me. How do I motivate myself? (link)

I have told many people this... you like music right?well zumba! go to your store to buy the game or go to local gym.. if you put effort in dang you can loose 1,000 calories in a class! its a cardio dance class its SO awesome please try it out!!
also..
-drink PLENTY OF WATER
-EXERCISE daily!
-tone DOWN the junkfood if you eat any
-DONT GO ON ANY DIETS(MOST CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS IN THE END THEN WORK)
