Hi. So I'm just about sixteen and I've been depressed since I was nine years. I was physically, sexually, and verbally abused, and I was also neglected until about eight months ago by my parents. I'm in foster care now, but I still have horrible flashbacks, panic attacks, and am extremely paranoid. I'm still really depressed and want to kill myself. I've been cutting since I was nine years old. I feel like everyone would be much better off if I was dead. I feel like no one gives a damn about me. I just need to know what to do. I really do want to be happy, but I don't know how! help! (link)

well this is going to be hard for you but your going to need to practice into taking some time into thinking POSITIVE thoughts,look at yourself in the mirror,look at your best feuature and compliment them,wake up every morning telling yourself "Ready for my day to start because my days gunna be an awesome day" And well leading to suicide is a very bad road to lead your life.Life hs morals and reasons why we live,ask yourself what do you like/love? give yourself a something to look forward to,being happy just comes to you you cant just be happy outta know where,because it all starts with postive thoughts !I know this must be a hard road for you but you must stay strong and come up on top, don't let your violators win, it is hard but you can be strong and maybe you can also help somebody else in yous situtation. trust me there are more girls and boys that are going threw what yo wnt threw and feel the same way. they just need a shoulder to lean on. - dont let anything tear you down,ANYTHING, Overcome anything,ANYTHING. -Dont give up,good luck! AND GOD BlESS! Suicide will only make them win, don't let them get the better of you, KEEP YOUR Head UP BEAUTIFUL, remember it takes time to heal.
