idk how to do it! It looks so pretty and it's not a curling iron because it's curls aren't rounded haha thank you sooooooooo much!

Use the instructions on the website. If your hair is long like mileys, the curls will loosen up and look more like waves. After you curl your hair shake it out and give it at least an hour for it to 'fall' and get looser.
You could also wrap your hair around the iron but don't use the clamp; this makes loose curls/waves.
Miley's hair looks like it naturally has some curl to it, so maybe you could try scrunching it with mousse after a shower.
