Heyy
Ergh basically! Every brand/make of foundation i wear..DOESNT stay on my face. I dont know how.. i dont know why! Like i'll do my make up and i'll go to the mirror after 45 or so minutes, and its just disappeared, and my blusher! I dont know how it all just "wipes" off my itself. I even try putting powder over my foundation because that apparently helps to keep it lasting. But it doesnt! I would by a primer..but im 16 so i havent got alot of money..looking for a job! haha! But seriously, im sick of buying realllly expensive foundation when it comes off straight away, what do i do? Ive tried allll different brands of foundation! (link)

I know what you mean, I never see my blush on my face by the end of the day or my bronzer sometimes.
First off, wash your face and apply a facial lotion.
A primer makes a HUGE difference. I know you don't want to spend a lot of money, but you don't have to use the expensive foundations when you use a good primer.
I use bareminerals primer, which is a tad on the expensive side. http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P182405&categoryId=B70
It makes make up go on smoother and last longer. Wal Mart has a cheaper version that has good reviews.

I use a cream foundation, which I feel like stays on longer because its thicker then the average liquid foundation.
I find that setting it with a powder like you mentioned really helps it stay on longer and look more matte.
Using a cream blush and then putting a powder plush over it will make it last longer, and the same for bronzer.
You can set all of your make up with a translucent setting power. I got this travel size and it is plenty since you never need to use a lot.

There is also a product called a setting spray, which claims to 'seal' in your make up for the day. Here's an urban decay spray

and here's a much cheaper elf spray

If all else fails, carry a little make up bag in your purse for touchups.
Good luck,
-Abby
