So I've never had a scarf before but I FINALLY got one. Do I just start wearing it right away or wash it first? Would scarves even be safe in the washing machine..? (link)

I'm obsessed with scarves, ahaha.
I wear them ALL the time.
And I usually just wear them right away after buying them, I don't wash them after buying them.
But most are hand wash. Almost all scarves have a little tag on them that tell you how to wash them. All of mine, and I have tons of different types, are all hand wash.
