well there is a chance you could get pregnant, your probably not pregnant right now. (I could be wrong though) you could try taking Plan B, the morning after pill, it's effective for about 72 hours after having unprotected sex. The faster you take it the more likely it is to work. I know that it is possible to get that if you are under 18, you just need a doctor's prescription for it. Or if you know someone who is 18 and will buy it for you, you can get it over the counter with an ID at like cvs or any pharmacy.. either way that would probably be a good idea.
It also depends on which days you are in your birth control pills.. I found this piece of information.. "if you miss any of the first 21 pills in your pack you need to use an alternate birth control method such as a condom for the next 7 days." so, yeah you should probably be aware that it is a possibility you could be pregnant.
If you do use the morning after pill it doesn't guarantee anything, it just decreases the likelihood of pregnancy, but you still want to be aware that it could not work if it's too late.
hope this helps you out, good luck
