advice
I have really bad stomach aches when I'm on my period, and I mean like agony, keeling over kind of thing. I have tried taking paracetamol and that does nothing. Ibroprofen works, but Its stong and I'm afraid I take too many and will overdose. I also sometimes take them when i'm tired or stressed to deal with tension headaches. I can't deal with the stomach agony anymore anyone got any ideas how to help me???
Follow the dosing instructions on the bottle of Ibuprofen and you won't overdose.
Exercising helps some girls, but exacerbates the pain in others. It's worth a try.
The pain is caused by contractions of the uterus. Applying a heating pad can lessen the pain.
