about
Hello, I am seventeen years old.And I am currently a Senior at my high school.
I like giving advice.
One day, I want to make a living out of it.
There's really nothing in the world that I like more than:
Music [New Wave, Electronic, Alternative, HipHop]
Photography [I take many pictures]
Friendships [They're really important me]
& Helping out people [I am always helping out]
There's really not a lot to me.
Other than I like to help out people.
Sometimes, I think that I should take my own advice.
But I rarely do =/
So yeah, that's about all I have to say.
advice
ok so i am a cheerleader and a gymnast. i undertand about gymnastics and stuff.
but i dont understand the significance of the ice bath in the stick it film.
i was always told a hot hot hot bath is the one to help pains and that.
what does the cold ice bath do?
Taking an after exercise plunge in an ice water bath (a tub of 12 to 15 degrees Celsius ice water) is a common practice among many elite athletes as a way to recover faster, and reduce muscle pain and soreness after intense training sessions or competitions. From elite runners like Paula Radcliff to nearly all professional rugby players, the ice bath is a standard practice routine.
In addition to the ice bath, some athletes use and contrast water therapy (alternating between cold water and warmer water) to get the same effect.
