ok im a guy that is going into highschool and i have caught myself thinking about guys and i know i like girls but i deny to myself that im bi because i dont think i am but dont completely know so am i bi or how would i know?

First ask yourself whether you're just appreciating that a guy is attractive, or whether you're having sexual feelings as well.
Lots of guys confuse finding other guys attractive with being gay. You're only in high school. Your hormones are all over the place. Let things settle down and you'll know your sexuality for sure.
