I got high... I know, stupid. My eyes were so red I thought I was going to go blind or something. So, why does marijuana make your eyes red? Does anyone know? (link)

it has something to do with some chemical in your brain. when you smoke weed, your brain releases euphorin, or "happy juice", which is the chemical that makes you happy. it releases a lot more of it when you're high, which in turn dehydrates your eyes. therefore, they turn red.
if you don't want them to be so red, try some eyedrops. visene works really well.
