after spring break i gained 7 pounds so i am trying to loose it plus more weight.
i have 800-1000 calories a day.
fiber1 for breakfast,
chicken for lunch
chicken with kasha for dinnner
those types of meals.
its been 2 weeks and i havent lost a pound.
i walk like crazy, thats the only exercise i have time for.
what should i do to loose the weight???
and why am i not loossing weight>

It sounds like you have a good diet and excercise plan going on but some people just have trouble losing weight it doesnt mean your doing anything wrong. some women have to take pills to help them lose weight and theyre not even diet pills theyre pills that fix your hormones because sometimes that could be whats preventing you from losing weight. and yes my sister goes to zumba all the time and she is losing weight at a good pace. for your height i dont think 130 lbs is bad at all not trying to talk you out of losing weight but dont think that you have to because thats not a bad weight. hope this helps(:

haha im 5'1 i weigh 116 but i use to weigh 108-110. i gained so much recntly!
