My fiance, tends to be quite the hypocrite. Today, for example, I was doing work for him on the computer, and it had to be done fast. My internet was acting up (my luck), my 5 month old was screaming bloody murder, and my dog was barking, so I was frustrated, which for me doesn't happen that often. He calls on his lunch break and asks how it was going. I replied "fine, I'm just frustrated." He could tell i wasn't in the greatest of moods, and said IN THE MEANEST MOST DISRESPECTFUL WAY POSSIBLE, "I don't want to hear that you are frustrated or mad, I don't have time for that *&^@." Again, ON HIS LUNCH BREAK.
Now, let me tell you about him first.
He works EVERYDAY from 8am-8pm. He is an extreme workaholic.
He and his family don't get along AT ALL.
He hates his job and everyone there.

me?
I'm a stay at home mom with a colic teething 5 month old that i get nooo help with.
Hairdressing on the side.
Car-less right now so I'm home 24/7 and have been for 4 months.

Now, he comes home every night with a frustrated attitude and i am there willingly with open ears to listen and try to make him feel better.?????

Why wont he listen to me when I'm frustrated? he just gets mad when i even bring up something about me!?

HELPPPPP????

maybe he's not worth it. just saying.

From your feedback, I think you really do care for him. And a man who is a great dad is worth fighting for.
Since you have been with him for a long time, you should be able to know now his goods and flaws.
His crankiness, if has been going since the start, think back if you can continue to live with that kind of behaviour.
If his crankiness only starts recently, maybe he really has a problem at work, or something is bothering him. Be patient with him, maybe he really needs someone who will stand by him.
To be in a relationship, there's give and take involved. Now maybe he's having a hard time and you have to be patient with him. Next time when you're distressed, if he loves you, he'll be there for you.
I love people who fight for their relationship and dont give up. good luck!
