I can answer this question plain and simple: Baking Soda and Peroxide, You can use any basic toothpaste, after you apply it onto your toothbrush, dip your toothbrush into some baking soda and brush away! You'll actually feel the gentle grit of the soda doing it's work! Plus it helps remove plaque!
Here comes step #2 try gargling with peroxide, I know it will feel gross at first and it will be foamy, but after one treatment of this, you'll be able to see a difference! Just be SURE not to swallow it, be sure to rinse your mouth with water after you spit. I've been doing this treatment for year's and have never even had to see the dentist except once (wisdom teeth) since I was 11 years old! I get lots of compliments on my teeth, people ask if I get my teeth bleached. (Technically peroxide does bleach your teeth!) Happy to help! Todd the Gem Guy
