K so i have been dieting for like 3 months and have lost no weight and then after 2 months i realized just dieting wasnt going to work so i started exercising for 20-30mins a day early morning too plus a diet where im eating an egg sandwhich with green tea for breakfast then for lunch i have whole wheat cheerios with a bowl of grapes and for dinner a plain baked potatoe or weight control oatmeal and then i walk my dog and then by 10pm im in bed and ive been doing this for 2 weeks and havent seen any difference on the scale but ive seen a little difference in appearance but i want my weight to go down and it just wont why is it not working. BTW because i cant leave the house early morning by myself i run up and down the stairs in my house for about 20-30mins for 6 days a week.

You can lose weight, and see it on your body not just on the scale. I have the same problem. But what is happening is that the fat is turning into muscle, so while we are trying to cut down the numbers, we are not thinking of the fact that we are still losing the weight and burning away the fat still, we just can not determine that by the number the scale may show? Make any sense? Good luck!
