no it doesnt mean he doesnt want it. its possible that he doesnt want to talk about it because he doesnt know how you will react. i dont really let my gf know what i want i dont tell her what i want i just let her do whatever she wants if its nothing then thats fine if its something then thats fine too. i say you should take control and try something guys like that
