K so im having a few problems losing weight ive been dieting for like 2 months now and have only lost like 5 pounds which is not good enough and i need to lose like 25 pounds and i wanted to lose it by christmas but obviously that isnt gonna happen so now im thinking by february 1st or mid march basically what do i do to kinda speed it up i have exercised but i just ended up overdoing it and hurting myself so i cant really do much exercising cuz my doctor told me to just relax for a few weeks so ya plz help me out

Try to, instead of dieting, eat 6 or 7 really small meals a day instead of three normal sized ones. It's easier for your body to digest and it speeds up your metabolism. The portions should be no bigger than the palm of your hand and the height should be also about the same as your hand. I know these portions are quite small hence you eat every three to four hours. Try to stay away from dairy products and move towards fish or birds that can't fly such as Turkey or chicken instead of pork, beef, duck, or shellfish. Dairy products are hard to digest and fish or poultry( the above mentioned) is leaner than the other types of meat. Also dancing is a low impact good way or losing weight. I dance for about two hours everyday. Just put on some of your favorite fast paced songs and just move around. It's a fun low impact way to lose weight. Five minutes everyday however is not going to do much. Also it's better to take a 15-30 minute walk everyday then run 5 kilometers twice a week. So try to take a walk every morning before breakfast or walk anywhere that is within a mile or two. Don't skip breakfast! It's the worst thing you can do especially when your eating like this. If the quantities are any bigger than the above mentioned you will gain weight so don't do this if you aren't determined to lose weight and think you will cheat! Goodluck! :) Hope you lose a lot!
