about
Hi my name is Lee Ann. I am 29 years old and Graduated from Bethany college obtaining a bachelors of music. I am a happily married woman with two kids, ages3 and 2. I currently have six books out on the market, all of which can be found on amazon. The first is called The Leaf: One fallen heart and a burning desire, my second is called Avengement of Glory, my third is called Spiral of Enlightenment, fourth one is called Prodigy of the Immortal, fifth one is called Augment in the Realm of Darkness, and my sixth novel is called Bond in the Spiritual Heart. I started this advice column to see if I could give good advice. Turns out I am pretty good, better than I thought actually. I enjoy seeing people smile when I give them good advice and they use it. It makes me feel better as a person to help people. I want to make the world a better place and I think that starting an advice column is the right way to begin. Writing is a huge part of my life, without it, I wouldn't be able to function properly. After seven years, I think I have done pretty well as an advice columnist.

K so im having a few problems losing weight ive been dieting for like 2 months now and have only lost like 5 pounds which is not good enough and i need to lose like 25 pounds and i wanted to lose it by christmas but obviously that isnt gonna happen so now im thinking by february 1st or mid march basically what do i do to kinda speed it up i have exercised but i just ended up overdoing it and hurting myself so i cant really do much exercising cuz my doctor told me to just relax for a few weeks so ya plz help me out
First, you don't want to over exert yourself in exercising. You want exercising to be a relaxing, slow-building process. When eating, you want to make sure you are eating five times a day, three full meals then two snacks in between like apples, bananas, granola bars, etc. Breakfast should be cereal, oatmeal, cocoa wheat, or even eggs (doesn't matter how done). Lunch sandwich, fruit, etc. Dinner could be things like chicken, rice, turkey, tuna, pasta, lasagna, etc. You want to eat meat but chicken is the most healthiest. You can still eat what you normally do as long as you are eating 5 times in moderation. If you cut meals out, you actually gain weight. If you exercise too much, it is like you are not eating because you are burning more calories than you are eating. I would suggest exercising in the morning and night. Start with a low number like 10 for a week then gradually increasing it by 10 each week. You don't want to overexert your muscles because if you over work them, you be sore but also build alot of muscle. If this happens, you size won't change but turn into muscle.
