okay so my doctor says i am like twenty pounds over weight, i'm fifteen, i'm 5'5" and 145-148 lbs, i'm really not fat though, i'm a bit wider, and i dont play sports, but i am active, i eat pretty healthy for a teen, and i try not to stress, so i honestly dont know what to anymore (link)
i dont think thats fat at all
this society is so messed up in the brain when it comes to loosing weight and wanting to be skinny
every girl wants to look like the girls they see on tv or the magazines
and i personally think its discuting half of them weigh like 100 pounds or less and i dont find that attractive

you dont need to loose weight. i think youre doctor is just watching out for you becuase he doesnt want you to gain and more weight becuase then you really would be considered fat and its not easy to lose wieght.

just maybe excersise more and instead of having a bowl of ice cream have like an apple or something more healthy.

thanks alot =] but i actually dont eat ice cream, or candy really, or sugary stuff, like i said, i eat pretty healthy for a teen lol
