So I havent been married very long, and my husband knows I hate liers, cheaters, etc. well he lied to me about something. He paied off a house one time and told me he lets his friend live there with her kids. she pays rent the money goes into his sons bank acocunt. well none of its true. he had a house. he gave it away.. why no idea. so heres the problem. how to i know he isnt lieing about other stuff. i am upset about the factg how do i know i can trust him? i dont care about some dumb house. Maybe he was trying to impress you. When did he tell you this lie? Before you got married? When you first got together?
How did you find out? Did he tell you or did you come across it?
You need to tell your husband while it's out in the open that your not impressed and your hurt by the lie but don't keep dwelling on it.
It's done now, there's nothing you can do to change what he told you so now would be the time to sit down and ask him if there is anything else he needs to tell you.
Then leave it alone. You love him right? He obviously loves you too.

i talked to him about it and he did have home and he didnt want to tell me that he had just given it away. yes i love him and have forgave him and we tell each other everything now.
