its verrrry normal to have bigger nipples if you have bigger boobs. im a 36 D so i feel your pain. the reason they look big to you is because all the big boobs in the world that you see other places are fake which doesnt make your nips stretch out.
but some people are blessed to have little ones with huge boobs, but that rarely happens.
its natural and normal. :) dont worry.
