If you have a question, please don't hesitate to ask. But don't act like the truth is a pair of Bonika shears trying to cut you !!
advice
My boyfriend and I are going to an ACDC concert next week. I don't really listen to their music that much but I'm still excited about it.
Now, this might sound really stupid, but I have no idea what to wear.
I've been to only one other concert in my life, but it was for Shania Twain and I was like 10..so, not exactly the same kind of situation.
I was wondering if any of you had some pointers as to what to wear to this concert, because I really have no idea what to expect.
Black. Wear a black top and some skin tight low rise, boot cut, blue jeans. A black belt with some silver on it. Either silver button holes or studs, something that really screams rock and roll chic.
Footwear, black no heel suade booties, or black boots with a low heel. Or even black sandles with no accents on them, just black and cool.
Silver hoop earrings.
A few silver bangles on your wrist, and maybe a black leather braclet or two. A leather or silver necklace that hangs between chest and belly button with a medium to large silver cross hanging from it.
Black eye-liner, and big lashes. Make your eyes smoky.
The general idea is to take 80's rock and roll and update it to suit your style.
AC/DC is all about the 80's style.
You are going to have a blast!
Enjoy.
No problem. I appreciate your feedback, but if you were going for your own personal style, then you should already know what to wear. Who knows what suits you but you?
Perhaps I misunderstood the question.
Maybe you just wanted to know what to wear to a concert, to any concert.
I thought you wanted to know what to wear to an 80's rock and roll concert.
Vague answears are NOT what I do.
In any case, reguardless of what you wear, it's great music and you will have fun.
Take Care.
(Rating: 3) Thank you for answering, I really appreciate it. I'd just like to point out that your advice was extremely specific. I think that in a case like this, not knowing the person's personal style because I didn't specify, it would have been better to be a little more vague like the person below. I know you're a stylist and I give you credit for that, but you have no idea whether or not rock and roll chic is my everyday style or not. I still want to dress like myself. And, even if say it is my everyday style, you couldn't know that either so it's better to be vague lol. Just some advice =] Thanks.
