Did your ex ever compliment you on a certain outfit? Or was there something you wore once that made him check you out a little more than usual? If so, I'd go with that.

The most important thing is that before you leave the house, make sure the outfit is one that makes YOU feel hot. As long as you've put some effort into looking good and you're confident how you look, all will be good.
I cant give you any exact outfit tips since I dont know what's in your closet and what your style is. However, if he dated you before you're obviously his type so we already knows he finds you and your style attractive.
