tomorrow i am going to a nutrition appointment and i'm nervous I don't want to look at the scale because i'm 15 and very overweight i'm not diabetic but i just want to know what exactly do they do during a nutrition appointment do they weigh you ? (link)
*i read your feedback. in all honesty, i am the exact same way. the only way you can help yourself is to look at the numbers and thing how you can make that to a health number. seriously, i was almost 200 pounds a few years ago. i stopped drinking soda altogether, not even diet. i still only drink water, unsweetened ice tea, and other drinks that dont have any calories. i went vegetarian and i think thats helping my heart tremendously. i dont eat chips or anything deep fried. and if i do its once maybe every 3 months. start eating more fruits and vegetables. also whole grains and fiber. go take a look at the food pyramid on the governments website and then set a healthy meal plan either on the internet or with the help of a doctor. take small steps toward exercise. walk 10 minutes everday 3-6 times a day, maybe 4 times a week. and when i say walk its not like a walk in the park, its a fast paced walk, speed walk. get a bike. i've been using that since the begining of july, i havent seen results yet but the numbers on the scale keep getting lower, slowly but surely. you can help yourself if you put your mind to it.

any time you have a question, leave something in my inbox and i'll help you the best i can.
