Hello, Im a kid and im overweight. Ive tried all different weight loss programs and i just cant seem to find the right one that makes me comfortable. Does anyone have any tips on losing at least 10 pounds in a month without ordering anything. If someone can give me a tip or something that helped them lose wait that would be very helpful. (link)

In the July 2009 issue of Seventeen magazine, there is a mini-magazine called "Get Fit by Back-To-School". This is a 6-week plan that has excercizes for arms & chest, butt, abs and legs. Also, there are meal ideas to use that are easy to make like oatmeal pancakes for breakfast. Most stores have already stocked the August issue, but some stores still sell the July issue. You can also check eBay or Amazon. I hope this helps!
