Q: I was wondering, is there a way to trick the body into thinking that it ISN'T starving. Like if I am consuming 1200-1500 cal a day but I am like eating 3 meals instead of like 5 or 6, could I do something like have a slice of cheese or a slice of meat every hour or maybe like a slice of something every hour that way my body doesn't plateau in weight loss?

Being "full" depends on both your brain and your stomach. Your stomach thinks it's full when, well, it's full of food. Your brain thinks you're full when you've consumed a certain amount of food. If you eat quickly, your stomach fills up, but your brain doesn't really register the fact that you're eating a lot of food. Chew slowly, it almost tricks your brain into thinking that you're eating a lot. And sip water between bites, this does the same thing.
One last note: the average person needs 2000 calories a day. You should check with your doctor if you're planning on drastically cutting down your calorie intake.
