hi. my name is Tyler. I am a christian teen. it is hard these days being a christian and a teenager. there are lots of temptations and just other bad things. i made my column for people like me who need biblical advice or just any advice dealing with teenage life. Hey, so there's this guy I like and we've been out a couple times and we always end up together at parties and stuff, but he goes through phases it seems of always wanting to talk to me- where he texts me like all the time then sometimes he acts like he can't be bothered with me.

I'm just kinda confused with him, he always says he doesn't want a relationship but then he asks me out on dates every so often. Then I don't know if I should go out with him because I really like him and I don't know if he will ever want to be in a relationship and I could end up getting hurt.

Any advice or ideas will help thanks :)

im a guy myself and i admit, im like that. maybe he just wants to get to know you more before you guys actually go out.
