well im 15 and 5'9 .. i am skinny, but have a tiny pooch, and i have big hips so i have little love handles, also i have big ribs so i cant be as skinny as i want because im built big, but does anyone have any tips on how i can have tight abs and get rid of my tiny lovehandles? (link)
A-ha ! Another woman's crisis abut not getting the lower abdominal muscles working properly!
Now, your upper stomach muscles are fairly tight, right?
Well then youre answer is.. YOURE DOING THE WRONG EXERCISES! This is a common problem that soo soo many people face, especially young women, women.. etc.
Now, if you want to work your lower ab muscles, the best way to get them working is exercises involving lifting or curling up the legs. When you do start working out the lower abs, you will get results so much faster than doing other exercises.. running, lifting weights, etc.

Tip: Start performing lower ab exercises at the beginning of your workout for the best results :)

The best lower ab exercises:

the hanging knee raise, the reverse crunch,
and KICK BOXING!
